With the Calonox thermal cameras, Leica continues its long and successful track record in digital image optimization and expands its excellent reputation as a camera manufacturer. Leica's proprietary image processing (Leica Image Optimization - LIO™) enhances the image with specialized algorithms, resulting in exceptionally detailed color gradations, excellent contrast, and high detail resolution.
The excellent detection range of the Leica Calonox Sight and Calonox Sight SE is based on a high-quality vanadium oxide (VOx) sensor with 384 x 288 pixels and 17 µm pixel size with excellent temperature resolution.

See more, identify game safely: With a defined target size of 1.7 x 0.5 m, the Leica Calonox Sight SE can detect targets up to 2,000 meters away, recognize targets up to 700 m away and identify them accurately up to 350 meters.

The 42mm objective lens is ideal for close-up observations, offering a large field of view and optimal overview at long distances. Equipped with 1x magnification, both the Leica Calonox Sight and the Calonox Sight SE are specifically optimized for use with a riflescope.
Adapter rings and zero setting

To fully utilize the Leica Calonox Sight SE as an attachment, you'll need adapter rings that fit your scope. The clip-on mode allows you to adjust the screen section for use with your scope. To ensure successful zeroing, the reticle adjustment helps accurately align the screen with the reticle in the scope.

The permanently installed battery, with approximately 11 hours of power, is exceptionally well-protected against cold and moisture. Charging is also possible during operation, for example, using a power bank.
